If His Holiness actually meant what he said, his assistants would summon Samuel Brownback, who markets himself as the non-plus-ultra-Catholic politician, to the Vatican, and forcefully upbraid him for his vote for biofuels, which takes food out of the mouths of hungry Africans but puts moolah into the coffers of the mega-corporations so near and dear to his career. But I digress with this flight of fancy...
Sadly, those days are over. It's up to us laymen to expose Brownback for the scoundrel he is.
